I graduated from Mills College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received my Doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (Alliant International University). I have over 25 years of experience working with clients coping with anxiety, depression, Neurodiversity, grief and loss, trauma, infertility and significant life transitions.
I use an integrated approach to best meet the needs of each individual client. Much of my training has been in contemporary psychodynamic theory, object-relations and strength-based models. I aim to create an interactive, safe and supportive environment for clients to make positive and lasting changes.
