I graduated from Mills College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received my Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (now Alliant International University). I have over 17 years experience working with clients coping with anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, risk-taking, self-mutilation, anger management, adoption, foster care and attachment-related issues.
I use an integrated approach to best meet the needs of each individual client. Much of my training has been in contemporary psychodynamic theory, object-relations and strength-based models. I aim to create an interactive, safe and supportive environment for clients to make positive and lasting changes.
